We had an emergency which BPD attended to promptly. They were efficient and knew what to do and how to solve the drainage issues we had. Rob was a star and did a brilliant job as did Barry. I cannot recommend this company enough and especially Paul and Jack who did the job. I had a big problem with a blocked toilet at my brothers flat and they went above and beyond to help me. They were so friendly to me which I needed as it was such a stressful situation. I didn’t know where to turn and they probably could see how anxious I was. Thankfully the problem got sorted and as I say they did extra as it needed sealing etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so thankful to them

A day after our damaged drain pipe was dug out and replaced, you wouldn't know any work had been done. A great clear up and we now know our system will work for many years. A very fair price too for a job carried out in a friendly and professional way.
BP Drains carried out works to clearing gutters at two properties. Polite and reliable young man came on the day and completed work despite the rain. Rob even pointed out that the top bracket on the soil stack was broken and advised I should get it fixed. Very happy customer and would use them again without hesitation.

Barrie director of BP drains took me through every aspect of the work to put our sewage treatment plant right and fixed drains that were broken under the house footings. I have no reservation in recommending BP Drains Ltd, Barrie and his excellent team of nice technicians, call them and put your mind at rest. 10 Stars from me
10/10 for these guys! We had a blocked drain from the inspection chamber to the main drain manhole. I got told they would arrive from 12 onwards and literally half 12 they were here! Cleared quickly and even showed me the drain camera footage revealing some issues we wasn't aware of. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I was recommended to use this firm by a plumber after he couldn't help after what I thought was my 'blocked sink' turned out to be a blocked drain. Called them at 9:30, they said they'd be there around 12ish. They arrived 12:30, unblocked the drain in 30 minutes and all was great. Would recommend them without hesitation.
B P Drains Ltd recently unblocked our drains, removed tree roots that had invaded the pipes and installed internal linings to prevent further damage. They responded quickly to make sure normal operation of the drainage system was restored as quickly as possible. They kept the worksite clean throughout and kept us informed about the work. Full marks for a job well done.
Contacted the team to have a yard trap drain moved we found under our deck which was being replaced. They took measurements to ensure the new location I wanted would still have enough drop to the man hole cover. Rob came and did a fantastic job. After being severely let down by another contractor who was sent by my insurance company to deal with a blocked surface water drainage pipe, I contacted BP Drains on a Saturday who responded with a site visit on Monday. A survey was carried out and a plan was put in place to clear the blocked pipe and clean out the soak away, Barrie also installed a new access point to make life easier if the same problem was to arise in the future. All works were carried out without any mess and in an acceptable time frame to a fair price. Barrie also carried out a full drain survey on all the underground pipework and its condition. I would recommend BP Drains to anyone who has a problem with their drainage systems and will definitely use them again if needed and also for any planned maintenance.

These guys are the experts and I should have called them first. I first rang Dynorod who said that they would send someone out, they never turned up even after a chase. I called Southern Water who said it was beyond their skill set as they didn't have the tools but recommended that we call BP Drains who turned up 30mins after the call. The job was a challenge as the drains defied normality and there was no manhole. Paul refused to give up and tried every trick from his extensive experience and hey presto he solved the block. Paul's a top bloke, polite, personable and my family saw him as a hero

I contacted BP as my drains were blocked. We agreed a date, they told me the cost upfront. They arrived on time, analysed the issue, set to work and came back with the agreed price and a perfect job. They are a great local company and I will always use them for plumbing and drainage issue.
Paul attended my property at the time we had arranged and viewed the job. He was very informative about the type of waste system at the property and explaining that what I thought was a breakage was actually a blockage. He completed the job quickly and efficiently.
