A day after our damaged drain pipe was dug out and replaced, you wouldn't know any work had been done. A great clear up and we now know our system will work for many years. A very fair price too for a job carried out in a friendly and professional way.

10/10 for these guys! We had a blocked drain from the inspection chamber to the main drain manhole. I got told they would arrive from 12 onwards and literally half 12 they were here! Cleared quickly and even showed me the drain camera footage revealing some issues we wasn't aware of. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I was recommended to use this firm by a plumber after he couldn't help after what I thought was my 'blocked sink' turned out to be a blocked drain. Called them at 9:30, they said they'd be there around 12ish. They arrived 12:30, unblocked the drain in 30 minutes and all was great. Would recommend them without hesitation.
B P Drains Ltd recently unblocked our drains, removed tree roots that had invaded the pipes and installed internal linings to prevent further damage. They responded quickly to make sure normal operation of the drainage system was restored as quickly as possible. They kept the worksite clean throughout and kept us informed about the work. Full marks for a job well done.
Contacted the team to have a yard trap drain moved we found under our deck which was being replaced. They took measurements to ensure the new location I wanted would still have enough drop to the man hole cover. Rob came and did a fantastic job. BP Drains have been absolutely fantastic - I can't praise them enough. Barrie and his team were brilliant throughout - reliable, polite and so trustworthy. Barrie reconfigured the waste-pipes coming out of our bathroom - they also lined several sections of the original clay pipes, removed all the limescale and cut through a tree root which was threatening to block the drains. All the work was carried out for a very reasonable price and the original quote was stuck to without question. I asked loads of questions along the way and Barrie loved explaining what he was doing. These guys are the experts and I should have called them first. I first rang Dynorod who said that they would send someone out, they never turned up even after a chase. I called Southern Water who said it was beyond their skill set as they didn't have the tools but recommended that we call BP Drains who turned up 30mins after the call. The job was a challenge as the drains defied normality and there was no manhole. Paul refused to give up and tried every trick from his extensive experience and hey presto he solved the block. Paul's a top bloke, polite, personable and my family saw him as a hero

My outside drain was blocked. I gave bp drains a call, im so glad I did. Paul arrived promptly 12 hours after the phone call they located the problem and unblocked it within 5 mins. I cannot recommend this company enough and especially Paul and Jack who did the job. I had a big problem with a blocked toilet at my brothers flat and they went above and beyond to help me. They were so friendly to me which I needed as it was such a stressful situation. I didn’t know where to turn and they probably could see how anxious I was. Thankfully the problem got sorted and as I say they did extra as it needed sealing etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am so thankful to them

The company responded quickly. The operative arrived at the premises within the hour of the phone call. The drain was quickly cleared using quality equipment, and check throughout using cctv, including the run to the street which had not been reported as blocked. In the middle of a busy Sunday lunch service we had a drain blockage. Having used BP Drains previously, they were my first call. Paul came out within half an hour, fixed the issue quickly and I couldn't believe how cheap the emergency call and repair was, especially for a commercial repair. Right on time, Hubert arrived. Lifted the manhole cover and resolved the issue with no fuss. Hubert was thorough, professional and spent time explaining the likely cause of the blockage.
